The best roofing CRM in 2026
The short version
- Best overall for a small roofer
- Jobber — If your work is repairs and small replacements, this organises it properly for $49/mo.
- Best cheap option
- QuoteIQ — $29.99/mo and it measures the roof off satellite imagery, which is a real time saving on quotes.
- Best once you sell through a crew
- Housecall Pro — Sales proposal tool plus five seats at $189/mo — the closest thing here to a sales pipeline.
The split that decides this page
Roofing is two different businesses wearing the same name, and they need different software.
Repair and maintenance roofing is a service business. A call comes in, you go out, you fix a leak, you invoice. That is the same shape as plumbing or handyman work, and a general field service tool handles it well.
Replacement roofing is a sales business. You generate leads, a rep runs an appointment, there is a proposal, maybe an insurance claim, a contract, a material order, a crew, and a supplement. The software that matters there is a CRM with a pipeline in it, and honestly, none of the four tools on this page are that.
Work out which business you are in before you compare anything, because the answer changes completely.
Roofing CRM, roofing software, roofing business software
The names get used interchangeably, but here one distinction does carry weight. Roofing business software usually means operations — scheduling, work orders, invoicing. A roofing CRM properly means the sales side: leads, rep pipelines, appointment outcomes, claim status.
That is the split described above, and it is the one that decides your answer.
The comparison
| Tool | Starts at | Users included | Best for | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jobber | $49/mo | 1 | Repair-focused roofers | Good service tool, thin sales pipeline |
| QuoteIQ | $29.99/mo | 1 | Solo roofers quoting by area | Cheapest; satellite roof measurement |
| Housecall Pro | $79/mo | 1 | Five to eight people | Sales proposals, five seats at $189 |
| ServiceTitan | Quote only | Unlimited | Large multi-trade operations | Quote-only; roofing is not its strength |
Jobber — best for repair roofing
$49/mo · Repair-focused roofersThe default field service platform for small home service businesses, and the one most operators compare everything else against.
If you are doing leak repairs, flashing, small sections and the occasional full replacement, Jobber organises that properly. Jobs schedule, photos attach, quotes go out looking professional, and invoices get paid with a card.
The customer-facing quote is the strongest part. Roofing customers are nervous — they are spending real money on something they cannot inspect — and a clean quote they can approve on a phone does more selling than most roofers expect.
Where it falls short for roofing specifically is the pipeline. Jobber’s Pipeline lead tracking is a $49/mo add-on and sits on the Plus tier. It is a simple lead list, not a sales CRM with rep assignment, appointment outcomes and follow-up cadences. If you have two reps running appointments, you will outgrow it fast.
No measurement, and no claims handling of any kind.
What it does well
- The most polished product in the category. Onboarding is fast and the mobile app is the one crews complain about least.
- Client-facing experience — booking page, quote approvals, payment — is a step above everything cheaper.
- Deepest integration list, so it fits whatever you already run the books in.
What it does badly
- The advertised entry price is one user. Seats are $29/mo each on every tier, so a three-person crew on Core is $107/mo, not $49.
- Automation that most operators consider essential — reminders, follow-ups — is Connect and up, a 2.8x jump from Core.
- Prepaid annual pricing is what the marketing quotes; the no-commitment monthly number is meaningfully higher.
Who it fits: One person to a mid-size crew. The Core tier is genuinely usable solo; the useful automation starts at Connect.
QuoteIQ — best cheap option
$29.99/mo · Solo roofers quoting off areaField service software built for exterior cleaning and outdoor home service crews, with property measurement baked into the quote.
MapMeasure Pro is the reason this is on the list. You trace the roof on satellite imagery and get a square footage that drops straight into the quote, which for a solo roofer turning around repair and small-replacement quotes is a genuine time saving over a ladder and a tape.
Be honest with yourself about its limits. This is a plan-view measurement. It does not give you pitch, facets, ridge and valley lengths the way an EagleView report does, and pricing a full tear-off from it without going up there is how you lose money on a complex roof. Use it for quoting speed on straightforward work.
At $29.99/mo for one user it is the cheapest real option here, and Pro at $149.99 covers four users with job costing.

What it does well
- Cheapest real entry point of anything in this category — $29.99 gets a working quote-to-invoice loop, not a crippled trial tier.
- MapMeasure Pro measures a property off satellite imagery, which is the actual job on a lawn, driveway or roof quote.
- Every tier includes the features. No add-on menu bolted on at checkout.
What it does badly
- Smaller company than the incumbents. Fewer integrations, and you will occasionally be the person filing the bug.
- Built around exterior and outdoor trades. If you run commercial mechanical, this is the wrong shape.
- Seat counts are tight below Elite — a four-person crew is already on the $149.99 tier.
Who it fits: Solo operator to a four-person crew, mostly exterior cleaning and outdoor work.
Housecall Pro — closest thing here to a sales tool
$79/mo · Five to eight peopleJobber’s closest competitor, priced for teams rather than solos, with stronger dispatch and marketing tooling.
Of the four, Housecall Pro is the one that makes the most sense for a roofer who sells rather than just repairs.
The sales proposal tool on the Max plan produces a good-looking multi-option proposal — good, better, best — which is how replacement roofing is actually sold. Pipeline exists for lead tracking. Photo reports are strong, and roofing runs on photographic evidence.
Essentials at $189/mo with five seats is the value tier; Max at $329 with eight seats is where the proposal tool lives.
The catch is the same one as everywhere on this page: no insurance claim workflow, no supplement tracking, no Xactimate. And add-on pricing is not published, so the proposal tool may or may not be included in the number you were quoted — ask before signing anything annual.
What it does well
- Five seats included on Essentials is the best seat-per-dollar deal of the three once you are past two people.
- Dispatch and routing are stronger than Jobber’s at the equivalent tier.
- Recurring service plans on Max are genuinely good if you sell maintenance contracts.
What it does badly
- Worst entry price in the category: $79/mo for a single user, 60% more than Jobber Core for less.
- Extra seats on Essentials are $100/mo — the most expensive seat of any tool here.
- Add-on pricing is not published. You will get those numbers on a sales call, not off the website.
Who it fits: Two to eight people. The seat maths only starts working in your favour once you have a crew.
ServiceTitan — not its strongest trade
Quote only · Large multi-trade operationsEnterprise field service management for multi-truck operations, sold through a sales process rather than a pricing page.
Named for completeness, and worth one honest sentence: ServiceTitan is exceptional for HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and roofing is not where it is strongest. Large roofers who evaluate it usually end up on a roofing-specific platform instead.
No published pricing, an annual contract, a paid implementation.
What it does well
- Nothing else touches it for a large operation: reporting, payroll, inventory, call tracking, financing at the door.
- Built for a business where somebody’s full-time job is dispatch.
What it does badly
- No published pricing, an annual contract and an implementation fee. This is not a tool a solo operator buys.
- For a one to four person crew it is the wrong product at any price — you would use perhaps a tenth of it.
Who it fits: Ten trucks and up, with an office manager whose job includes running the software.
When you need a roofing-specific platform
If any of these are true, none of the four tools above are the right answer:
- Insurance and storm work is a real share of your revenue
- You have sales reps running appointments and need to see their pipeline
- You order materials through a supplier integration
- You need supplement tracking or Xactimate
The names in that category are AccuLynx, JobNimbus and Roofr. We have not verified their current pricing, so there are no figures for them here — every price on this site is read off the vendor’s own page and dated, and we will not invent one to fill a table. Go and get quotes.
How we picked
Prices read off each vendor’s own pricing page on 31 August 2026, no-commitment monthly rate, seats added.
For roofing we weighted quote presentation, because roofing customers buy on trust; photo handling, because evidence is the product; and whether there is any real pipeline, because replacement roofing is a sales business. We scored measurement as a bonus, not a core requirement, since none of these produce a survey-grade report.
We earn nothing from Jobber or ServiceTitan, and we have said plainly that for a large share of roofers the right answer is a specialist product none of us earn anything from either.
What we would do
Repairs and small replacements, solo: QuoteIQ at $29.99, mostly for the measurement.
Repairs and replacements, one to four people: Jobber Core at $49 with $29 seats.
Selling replacements with a crew: Housecall Pro Max at $329 for the proposal tool, or skip straight to a roofing-specific CRM.
Insurance and storm work: none of the above. Go and price AccuLynx and JobNimbus properly.
Questions operators actually ask
What CRM do roofing companies use?
Larger replacement-focused roofers mostly use roofing-specific platforms like AccuLynx or JobNimbus, which handle insurance claims, sales rep pipelines and material ordering. Smaller repair-focused roofers usually run a general field service tool like Jobber, because the job looks more like service work.
Is a roofing CRM different from field service software?
Yes, and it matters. Field service software organises work you have already sold — schedule, dispatch, invoice. A roofing CRM organises work you are trying to sell — leads, appointments, rep follow-up, claim status, contract signing. A replacement roofer lives in the second one.
How much should a small roofer pay for software?
$30 to $200 a month for a general field service tool. Roofing-specific platforms typically cost more and are usually quoted rather than published. If you do mostly repairs, the cheap general tool is fine. If you sell replacements through reps, the specialist is the one that pays for itself.
Do any of these handle insurance claims?
None of the four here handle claims properly — no supplement tracking, no carrier-specific workflows, no Xactimate integration. If storm and insurance work is a meaningful share of your revenue, that alone rules out everything on this page in favour of a roofing-specific platform.
Can these measure a roof?
QuoteIQ measures off satellite imagery, which gets you a workable square footage for a quote. It is not an EagleView-grade report with pitch and facet detail, and you should not price a full replacement off it without going up there. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan do not measure at all.
